West Melton Reserve - sports courts and carparking
From Monday 22 June - early 2027 we will be building eight new tennis courts, along with an additional 40 car parks next door to the West Melton Community and Recreation Centre. Four of the tennis courts will also double as netball courts, with lighting installed.
The upgrades have been agreed as the next stage of the West Melton Reserve Master Plan, to meet demand at one of Selwyn’s busier reserves.
During construction there may be limited access to some carparks in the West Melton Community and Recreation Centre car park. We will keep people updated with any restrictions on site. The reserve and the Community and Recreation Centre will remain open.
