Have Your Say on the Draft Ellesmere Reserve Fund Criteria

In June 2026, Council reinstated the Ellesmere Reserve Fund as part of the Community Funding Programme. The Fund's purpose and intended outcomes are set out in the Community Grants Policy, and below.

Council delegated responsibility for developing the Fund's detailed eligibility criteria and allocation process to the Community Funding Assessment Panel. The Panel is now seeking feedback from the community on the draft funding schedule and eligibility criteria.

Community feedback will help inform the Panel's final decision on the funding schedule.

We invite you to review the proposal below and share your views through the online feedback form.

Feedback closes on 23 September 2026.
