Christchurch City Council has advised that from Wednesday 19 August to Friday 18 September a new water main will be installed on Main South Road at the Marshs Road intersection, to replace ageing pipes.

Traffic Impacts

From Wednesday 19 August to Wednesday 9 September:

  • There will be no access to Main South Road from Marshs Road
  • There will be no right turn from Main South Road into Marshs Road.
