On Monday 13 July HEB will be carrying out upgrades to Shands Road between Marshs Road and Blakes Road. The road will be open one-way southbound (towards Prebbleton) from 9am to 3pm.

A detour will be in place along Blakes Road for traffic travelling towards Christchurch
