Rolleston Community Centre will be partially closed from Monday 12 January to allow for reroofing and other maintenance.

The roof over the stadium building will be replaced, including gutters and downpipes. There will also be some fire system and accessibility improvements along with other minor internal alterations.

The stadium, community room and garage will be closed, while the original ageing roof is replaced.

The Youth Hub/Seniors Hub section of the building (the former Rolleston Library) will remain open, along with the main entrance area, reception, office and car parking areas.

Site fencing and scaffolding will be installed starting Monday 12 January to the affected parts of the building. The work is expected to be completed by Easter 2026.
