The Council is looking to take the pulse of the business community in Selwyn to better understand the current situation, challenges and opportunities businesses are experiencing.

The survey will help the Council in its planning for activities to  support the business community, such as topics and speakers for the Council’s planned ‘Businesses After 5’ series.

It will also help the Council advocate for local opportunities, as well as share quality information with agencies, including government and funders, to better inform their planning and decisions.

The Council is intending to run the survey at regular points in the future to build and present a long-term picture.
