On Saturday 6 February and Monday 8 February some Council services will be closed or unavailable due to the Waitangi Day public holiday.

On Saturday 6 February and Monday 8 February, all Selwyn Libraries, Rolleston Community Centre, West Melton Community and Recreation Centre and Lincoln Event Centre will be closed.

On Saturday 6 and Monday 8 February, Selwyn Aquatic Centre will be open from 8am–8pm, Sheffield, Southbridge and Darfield pools will be open from 1–7pm (Darfield pool 12–1pm lane swimming only).

The Council offices in Rolleston will be closed on Monday 8 February.

Pines Resource Recovery Park will be open from 9am–4.30pm on both Saturday and Monday. Bin collections will occur as normal.
