Every year Taste Selwyn brings producers and Selwyn eateries together to create dishes with the freshest ingredients. Taste Selwyn is now offering you the opportunity to learn how to make cheese, cook gluten-free meals, sip, snack and watercolour and discover
how food affects your mental health.

This Saturday afternoon 14 May, unleash your own confidence in gluten-free cooking at Rolleston Community Centre, as Emma from FOG food shares how to make a range family favourite meals using local ingredients. Next Saturday afternoon 21 May, come to the Lincoln Event Centre and learn how to make delicious fresh cheese with Selwyn-based cheesemakers, The Urban Cheese Company and Charing Cross Dairy.

There’s everything from pancakes to pizzas and fresh salads to try, and plenty of options for your next brunch, lunch, dinner or dessert.

To enjoy more of these workshops before they sell out, and to taste some of Selwyn’s best dishes, visit the Taste Selwyn website.
