Smiling woman with long curly hair and yellow top with black spots looks through some paperwork

Rates invoices will begin arriving in letter boxes next week, but you can go paperless and never have to worry about missing your rates payments.

Direct debit is an easy way to pay your rates. Setting up a direct debit means you can spread your payments to suit your budget, paying weekly, fortnightly, monthly or quarterly. Your payment will never be late, so no penalties.

You can set up a direct debit by filling out a Rates easy pay form  on our rates page and we’ll do the rest.

You can also get your rates and water invoices by email. Receiving your rates and water invoices by email is quick and easy to set up. It cuts down on paper and, saves time and postage. We just need your email address. To receive your rates and water invoices by email your can register or update your contact information with us on the your details page.

If you are considering cancelling or stopping an existing direct debit arrangement that you have with the Council, please contact us first.
