The Council is offering a ‘Friend of Submitter’ for the Air Discharge Resource Consent application lodged with Environment Canterbury by Waste Management Limited for the proposed facility at 305 Marshs Rd.

The Friend of Submitter is a staff member who can provide technical expertise and advice to people who are making submission, as well as supporting members of the public with an interest in the proposal. They will support people in navigating the ECan submission process and advise on the future hearings process, provide good practice tips on completing submissions and support like-minded submitters and members of the public to group together.

The submitter is available to discuss issues on an individual basis during the submission and hearing process by phone, email or face to face. For more information visit our friend of submitter page.
