The countdown to CultureFest is on, with just over two weeks until it all kicks off!
A fun day out for the family, our annual CultureFest brings over 30 different cultures to the Lincoln Event Centre on Sunday 15 September, 10am–3pm.
Fiza Abdul Rahman from food vendor Fezzlicious says they excited about promoting the beauty of Malaysian culture and cuisine, offering this through their delicious, culturally rich meals, which are all halal.
“Last year, I noticed that there weren’t many halal food options, and the few that were available ran out quickly due to high demand. This year, by participating, I hope to contribute by offering more options for the community to enjoy.
I also want to use this opportunity to promote Malaysia, especially as we celebrate our National Independence Day on August 31st and Malaysia Day on September 16th.
This event will be a great way to gather Malaysians in our area who we may not have met before, helping to foster a sense of belonging and support.”
