Anzac Day commemoration services will be held at the following locations on Monday 25 Aprill to remember the sacrifices of our servicemen and women. Services are organised by local Returned and Services Associations.

Darfield

8.45am District War Memorial, Trinity Church

Wreath laying ceremony followed by service

Dunsandel

8.30am District War Memorial

Glentunnel

9.30am Meet outside Glentunnel School followed by service at the Glentunnel Community Centre carpark

Hororata

11am Hororata Hall

Service followed by wreath laying ceremony at District War Memorial

Leeston

9am Parade at Ellesmere RSA cemetery Feredays Road

10.30am Parade from Gallipoli Street

11am Service at Ellesmere County Cenotaph

Lincoln

2pm outdoor service at War Memorial at rear of Lincoln Event Centre followed by wreath laying

Rolleston

11.00am Service and wreath laying at Clocktower reserve, corner of Tennyson Street & Rolleston Drive

Springston

10.30am Wreath laying service only at War Memorial

Tai Tapu

8.45am Meet at School. Raise flag, march to Cenotaph.

9am Service and wreath laying then march back to school. No refreshments will be available.

West Melton

10.00am West Melton War Memorial in School grounds

Service followed by wreath laying ceremony
